Standard post normally takes 1-4 working days and is lodged through a mix of Sendle and Australia Post. Please message us if you prefer Australia Post.

Express Post is subject to Australia Post's ability to deliver orders. Depending on your postcode, it can take 1-8 days - their estimated delivery times can be seen here.

$15 FLAT RATE - ORDERS UNDER $150.

Returns

We take a lot of care in quality checking and safely packing your order.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund change-of-mind purchases. We can however, offer a store credit or exchange.

Please contact us within 2 weeks of recieving your order, and await a confirmation email that will detail where to send your item (s).

Items must be in original condition and must not have been opened, used or altered. It must be perfect, brand new and packed with care when being sent back. Please use a tracked service as we will not be responsible for lost parcels. Unless the item was sent with a fault - the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Postage will not be refunded for change of mind return and exchange. If your order was sent with free shipping, the cost of postage will be withheld.
